How long does it take to get my custom order after payment? TOP
Custom Orders are done in the order they are recieved. Current turn around time is subject to change, but normally it will only take 3-5 days. We then ship priority, but keep in mind we live on a military base which sometimes mail might take a few extra days to get to you. Sorry for the inconvienance :) If you have not recieved your purchase after 2 wks from shipping date, please contact us & we will do our best to solve the problem.

Is the vinyl removable if I decide I do not want it on my wall anymore? TOP
Yes, it is removable, but not to be confused with reusable. This 3-year film removes cleanly and easily for up to 3 years after application and has a matte surface that suppresses unwanted reflection. Available in 48 colors.
Will it stick to any surface? TOP
Lettering works great on most painted walls, glass, mirrors, metal, tile, paper, wood, most wallpaper, etc.

Can I re-use the vinyl wall words? TOP
Once you have removed your lettering it cannot be re-used.
Can I put the vinyl on my car windows? How long will it stay? TOP
Yes, vinyl lettering works great for car decals on your window! We use a high quality vinyl that lasts up to 6 years outside.
How do I apply the Vinyl Lettering? TOP
A: Follow these steps:
1. Prepare your surface by making sure it is clean and dry. If you are applying your saying to painted wood, I recommend painting a day in advance so that the paint will be very dry. If you plan on staining your wood, place lettering on BEFORE staining and go right over the lettering.
2. Prepare your saying. Some will come in rolls because of the length. Unwrap the saying and let it sit flat until it stops wanting to roll its self up. All lettering comes with a transfer tape similar to masking tape on one side and backing paper (white and shiny) on the other. Make sure the transfer tape adheres solidly to your saying by rubbing across it with a credit card or by using the popscicle stick included in your order.
3. Using a level and/or ruler, draw a light line where you want to place your saying. You can also use small pieces of masking tape as a guideline.
4. Flip the saying and CAREFULLY peel off the backing paper away from your saying. This will leave your saying on the transfer tape.
5. Carefully position your saying on the prepared surface (once it is placed it cannot be repositioned). Using a credit card/ popscicle stick or your fingers press across the top of the transfer tape, smoothing out any air bubbles and pressing the lettering into place.
6. Gently peel away the transfer tape from the surface and ENJOY your new design from BP Boutique!
Do I have to put each letter on individually? TOP
No, your lettering will come pre-spaced so it is applied at once.
When will my vinyl lettering arrive? TOP
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, we ship with USPS.
Can I use a font that is not on your list? TOP
Please e-mail us with your font choice and we will do our best to find it for you. We only list a handful of choices to eliminate confusion for our buyers but are happy to use other fonts. DAFONT.COM is a great site to look at for font ideas as well.
How do I determine the height of the vinyl lettering? TOP
The height is determined by measuring the tallest point and the lowest point of the phrase. For example, a phrase that says, "Always Kiss Me Goodnight", would be measured from the top of the capital 'A' in 'Always' to the bottom of the 'y' in 'Always'.
How do I clean my vinyl lettering? TOP
You can clean your lettering with a damp cloth.

A: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Vinyl is non-transferable once applied. Therefore we are not responsible for any problems accrued while applying/removing the vinyl.
